Our journey began in 1994 with the opening of our first restaurant in Portage, Wisconsin. Since then, we’ve grown to more than 130 Culver’s franchises across soon-to-be ten states.
In 2026, we expanded our portfolio by opening our first Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Portage, WI, with more locations to come.
